Description MPCA is a Conservation group in Markham whose goal is the preservation and restoration of Milne Conservation area, part of Rouge Park, in order to assure that people and wildlife can co-exist. MPCA works with other environmental groups to oppose any development that would negatively impact the Rouge River and its valley lands. MPCA assists with tree plantings and park clean-ups in Milne Conservation Area and other parts of the Rouge Valley.
