Description & Services
Description The Meals on Wheels program offers more than 100 tasty, nutritious soups, entrees, breakfasts and desserts. All products arrive frozen for you to store in your home freezer. You can conveniently heat the meals directly from frozen in your microwave or oven. Soups can be heated on the stove top or in the microwave, and our desserts just need to be thawed and/or warmed. It’s so easy – giving you the freedom to eat what you want, when you want.
All of our dishes have been created in line with the recommendations of Canada’s Food Guide with controlled levels of fat and sodium. This means that you can be sure that they are healthy as well as delicious. If you need to follow a special diet, we offer diabetic, low fat, low calorie, low sodium, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free, minced and pureed options.
