Office/Administrative Volunteer [ More info  ]  
We are looking for volunteers who can commit to helping out once a from 10:00am- 4:00pm. Office volunteers will be helping out with different tasks, such as: data entry, receipt writing/management, money counting, and other administrative duties as required. For this role, we are looking for volunteers who have excellent administrative skills (very comfortable on the computer, using Microsoft Excel and data management systems), are very friendly on the phone (with excellent customer service skills and a strong command of spoken English), are detail oriented, able to multitask and can easily adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment. As our needs do change, flexibility is an asset in terms of your availability for coming into the office. This role would be ideal for someone who is retired or has long term availability and is looking to gain some experience in the field.
