Duties

Ensure that there is a person to answer calls from clients and community to be effective in the delivery of the agencies mission, mandate and programs Attending to phone calls. Providing basic information on HIV/AIDS and transmission. Referring calls and requests to appropriate staff members. Ensure all calls are recorded in phone log. Assist with filing, typing and other general office duties.

Organization provides support, education and promotes access to dignified care for people living with HIV/AIDS and those affected by HIV/AIDS.
