| Description | Taoist Tai Chi Society of Canada is a registered charitable organization promoting physical, mental and spiritual well being in the community People of all ages can learn the gentle turning and stretching movements of Taoist Tai Chi, and Taoist Tai Chi can be adapted to match any level of ability. We offer classes at our own centres, at local community centres and other public facilities. Branches of the Taoist Tai Chi Society offer special classes for Seniors, and many have a Golden Age Division dedicated especially to improving the health of Seniors | |||
