| Description | Provides in-home health care services by registered nurses, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, and crisis counsellors. Areas of specialty includes: mental health, addiction, long-term care and gerontology services, child and family services, and palliative care. Access to Ontario staff speaking more than 41 languages for translation. Driving Assessment Objective research-based assessments of medical fitness-to-drive; uses scientifically derived DriveABLE assessment Mental Health and Addiction Services (In-Home and Office Based) In-home mental health treatment and support, addiction services Nursing Services In-home nursing services provided by RNs and RPNs on a visit or shift basis Community RN's and Rehabilitation We offer nursing and rehabilitation services (Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy).
