Description	The York East Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada has been actively in our community. Many of the volunteers and members are people with MS or family members and friends of someone with MS    The goal at the York East Chapter is to make certain no one has to face MS alone. we offer a caring voice and a helping hand. We also have the following services to help you - the person with MS, as well as your family and friends in living with MS:  - Information and publications on many aspects of living with multiple sclerosis   - Support groups for people with MS and family members   - Yoga classes  - Social events  - Educational events for the person with MS as well as family and friends   - Assistance with equipment purchases, other financial needs, and loans of specialized equipment
