Description	Non-profit organization dedicated to helping people of all ages with life-threatening illnesses and bereavement, their families and their loved ones cope, through difficult times. Services are provided for clients at home, in hospital, nursing homes or seniors' residences    Support groups include Bridges of Hope (monthly drop-in program); Stormy Nights...Sunny Days (grief support group for kids); Circle of Hope (nine week grief support group for adults); and teen groups in partnership with local high schools. We provide individual and family bereavement support and a self-directed correspondence program. Each year we host the A Not So Jolly Holiday seminar and an annual memorial service
