| Description | The Heintzman House is one of the oldest buildings in the Town of Markham. The house has had a list of prominent owners, including: Colonel Crookshank, Sam Francis and Charles Heintzman of the Heintzman Piano Company. The house was bought by the Town of Markham in the late nineteen fifties, and is now used by many community groups as well as for private functions, such as weddings, receptions, and business meetings Renter supplies own catering, staff and complete bar including permit.
