| Description | A wide variety of summer day camps are offered each year by the Town of Markham in July and August. Detailed information including schedules, fees & registration forms can be obtained on the Town website and in Markham Life. There is a mix of general and specialty camps for one week or two weeks. Some camps have busing for an additional charge. Camp Chimo is one of the summer day camps situated in an urban wilderness featuring a lazy winding river, large play areas, hiking trails, forested area, portable washrooms, a hand washing station and various outdoor shelters | |||
