DescriptionKing Fire and Emergency Services protects an area of approximately 3000 sq kilometres and a population of almost 20,000 residents. Serviced by three fire stations and a compliment of over one hundred dedicated volunteer firefighters we provide fire suppression, medical first response, rescue services, hazardous material response, fire prevention and public education. The department strives to deliver the highest level of emergency response with the greatest margin of safety for both the firefighters and the public in the most fiscally responsible way.
