| Description | Can pay on line. Look at web site and go into Departments then into Corporate Services and then into Courts. Processes/accepts payment of provincial offences fines (except parking fines); prosecutes/arranges provincial offence trials; deals with walk-in guilty pleas. Provincial offences include: speeding, careless driving, not wearing seatbelt; intoxicated or selling alcohol to a minor; trespass to property; noise, zoning and non-smoking by-laws. Court staff are not lawyers and cannot provide legal advice on how to conduct your offence or assist you in filling out court forms. | |||
