DescriptionDesigned especially for people in their 50+ they include recreational and social programming health promotion and maintenance programs housing specialized out-patient mental health residential medical support services  
 
Program/service descriptions are listed below: 
Healthy Living and Maintenance Programs: help seniors actively manage their health through education, exercise and social activities 
Out-patient Care: provide assessment, treatment, care, support and education to clients seeking help for health concerns 
Self Management Programs for Patients and Caregivers: encourage people with chronic illness to improve their own health 
Support Groups for Community Members: support groups to community members and caregivers that address bereavement, dementia, experiences of Holocaust survivors as well as general support 
Housing: two types of housing that help seniors remain independent: Reuben Cipin Healthy Living Community and the Terraces of Baycrest
