DescriptionYork Central Hospital Department of Psychiatric Services composed of a multidisciplinary team of Mental Health Professionals providing support outpatient and inpatient psychiatric services including:  
 
* Psychiatry services 
* Vocation and Rehabilitation Service (Day Treatment Program): social rehabilitation program assist individuals who experience mental illness emotional distress difficult life situation approximately three months in duration 
* Day Hospital Program: offers daily, short term, group treatment stabilize person’s mood improve day-to-day functioning approximately one month in duration 
* Child & Family Services: specialized out-patient assessment Children and adolescent treatment for Anxiety disorders Mood disorders Psychotic disorders ADHD 
* Psychogeriatric Assessment Services: assessment and consultation service for seniors (65+ years) experiencing mental health difficulties psychiatric symptoms.  
* Behaviour Management Services of York and Simcoe: individuals who have developmental disability with significant cognitive delay living with the effects of acquired brain injury 
* York Simcoe Brain Injury Services: provides support to individuals who live with the effects of acquired brain injury 
* After Care (medication) Clinic 
* Urgent Care Clinic 
* Crisis Intervention Services
