DescriptionFCSAV is dedicated to providing Chinese and other ethnic seniors with diversified recreational and healthy activities to improve their physical and intellectual well-being. In addition, the association aims to improve inter-generational harmony in the members' families. 
 
Typical programs 
 
• Tai Chi, Kung Fu Fan, Better Body Dynamics, Inactivity Reversal Exercises, Dancing, Table Tennis, Karaoke, Chinese Calligraphy and Mahjong Games. 
• Information workshops and seminars on seniors’ well-being and healthy lifestyles 
• Educational classes for different interests 
• Activities to promote inter-generational involvement in families 
• Field trips
