DescriptionInformation and Resource Service (IRS) -- workshops, information and resources on careers and occupations, the local labour market, training opportunities and job search strategies * information on apprenticeship training and resources for internationally trained individuals seeking employment consistent with their skills and experience 
 
Employment Planning and Preparation (EPP) -- individual support to clarify employment needs and develop an action plan, assist with making decisions, and searching for a job 
 
Job Development and Placement Support (JDPS) -- placements into employment for work experience and/or on-the-job training 
 
Employment Assistance Services - Employment assessment and counselling for persons returning to work * barriers to employment explored and action plan developed and implemented * job search support * referral to appropriate employment service or vocational training program including Employment Ontario-funded programs such as Job Creation Partnerships, Self-Employment Benefit, Skills Development, and Targeted Wage Subsidy 
 
Resource and Information Centre - walk-in job search centre * access to computers, fax, photocopier and telephone * free Internet access * resource materials, job boards, labour market information * software tutorials * assistance with resumes * employment and vocational counselling and assessment * job placement * life skills training * job search and computer skills workshops * interview simulations

Information and Resource Service (IRS) -- walk-in community resource for anyone seeking employment and/or training 
 
Employment Planning and Preparation (EPP) and Job Development and Placement Support (JDPS) -- persons 16 years and over, out of school and out of work, and not receiving Employment Insurance benefits 
 
Ontario Employment Assistance Services - Unemployed persons working less than 20 hours per week and legally entitled to work in Canada * Employment Insurance (EI) and Reachback clients (persons with an active EI claim, have a claim that ended within the last 3 years or have a maternity/parental claim that ended in the past 5 years) 
 
Summer Job Service (SJS) for students 15 - 30 years (up to 30 for persons with disabilities) job search training; assistance developing self-marketing skills; job placements up to 16 weeks from April to end of September; wage subsidies for employers
