| Description | A partnership with LOFT Crosslinks Housing and Support Services and York Region Public Health, the Street Outreach Van provides food, clothing, blankets, medical advice, needle exchange and information for homeless people and those at risk of becoming homeless in York region. A van travels a regular route and make stops throughout the region. |
