DescriptionThe Richmond Hill Arena Association is a public, non-profit corporation that operates arena facilities on behalf of the Town of Richmond Hill. The Association provides ice time equitably to local organizations and groups at competitive rates. Local groups have first priority for available arena time. Association is made up of a seven member Board plus two appointees from Council. Minor Hockey, recreational and competitive figure skating, ringette, mens' contact and contact hockey, rentals for birthday or skating parties. Recreational skating is run by Parks and Recreation. 
Operates: Oak Ridges Recreation Centre formerly (Bond Lake Arena); Elgin Barrow Arena (Richmond Hill Arena); Elvis Stojko Arena (Observatory Arena); Ed Sackfield Arena; Tom Graham Arena (Richmond Green Arena).
