| Description | Serving pregnant teens and young mothers throughout York Region. We have outreach office locations in the Maple and Keswick communities. We provide individual supportive counselling in office or through community visits. We also provide a section classroom program to support students under the age of 20 yrs. with high school credits (child care provided on-site for school program); parenting programs including: Young Parent Programs in Ontario Early Years Centres throughout York Region. We provide a housing support program to support young mothers in locating housing, completing subsidized housing applications, and a donation room to support household budgets. | |||
