| Description | CancerConnection is a province-wide telephone-based peer support service that matches cancer patients or caregivers of cancer patients with a trained volunteer who has been through a similar cancer experience. The service is free, confidential, responsive and accessible to anyone in Ontario. It is one of 4 emotional support services available for cancer patients by the Ontario Division of the Canadian Cancer Society. |
