DescriptionThe agency operates three programs:

HOUSING HELP CENTRE

Maintain a free housing registry for landlords and assists individuals in securing accommodation in the private rental market - rooms, bachelor, one, two and three bedroom apartments, houses and townhouses. The agency does not inspect accommodations being offered and does not screen tenants.

IDENTIFICATION CLINIC

Provides individuals who are experiencing homelessness, those at risk of becoming homeless and those with low income an opportunity to obtain necessary identification. ID Clinics are offered throughout the Region of York, thanks to our community partners.
There are no fees for this service; however, there are criteria for program admission.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM (CSP)

CSP is a source of integrated information, referral and short-term case management that brings low income people and services together to meet vital needs. However simple or complex the issues - staff can help find and access services and programs best able to meet the client's needs.
