FeesMembership - Library cards are free to persons who work, live or attend school in the Town of Newmarket, or who are members of the following Libraries: Aurora, Markham, RHill and Vaughan. Non-Res fee of $30.00 for individuals, $95.00 for families, $15.00 for non-res

ApplicationMembership registration forms are available at the Library and Online. You must provide 2 pieces of identification in order to register. Proof of address and name must be provided. Proof of address can be your Valid Ontario Driver's License, Ontario Motor Vehicle Permit Property Tax Bill, Age of Majority Card, Old Age Security Card, etc. Proof of name can be your Birth Certificate, Valid Ontario Driver's License, Passport, Social Insurance Number, Student ID Card, etc. Children under 18 require a parent or guardian's signature and the parent/guardian must be present when the child receives the card.
