| Description | Bathurst Clark Resource Library has collections of materials in various foreign languages, such as Chinese, Farsi, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Panjabi, Russian and Spanish as well as English and French. The collections held at the Library include the Adult Basic Literacy Collection, Cinema Collection, Local Studies Collection, Government Documents and the Professional Collection. | |||

| Eligibility | If under the age of 13, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to obtain a VPL Library card. You may apply online or in person to obtain a VPL Library card. You must apply in person at any VPL branch if you are under the age of 18, or do not qualify for free membership. | |||
