DescriptionThe Farley Foundation is a registered charity that assists low-income pet owners to access non-elective veterinary medical care for the pets that mean the world to them. Established by the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA) the Foundation assists eligible seniors and disabled persons on limited incomes, women at risk of abuse who are participating in OVMA’s SafePet Program, senior care facilities with pets, and OntarioWorks recipients.

Eligibility- Seniors receiving the GIS (Guaranteed Income Supplement). 
- Disabled individuals receiving the Ontario Disability Support Payment (ODSP) or Canada Pension Plan Disability Payment (CPP Disability). 
- Ontario Works recipients. 
- Women at risk of abuse entering a registered women's shelter in Ontario and participating in Ontario Veterinary Medical Association's SafePet Program. 
- Pets owned by senior's care facilities (long term care, supportive housing, senior's residents).
