DescriptionP.A.C.C. is a grassroots group that engages in community building by raising the awareness of poverty and those affected by income security issues in York Region. P.A.C.C. has been involved in organizing the annual Friendly Neighbourhood Youth Road Hockey Challenge in Newmarket designed to allow all youths to play free and on an equal playing field.
