| Description | Doors Open Aurora is an annual event that takes place on the 2nd Saturday of July every year. The Doors Open Aurora event seeks to celebrate, educate and inform local residents and visitors of the importance of the architectural, cultural and historical sites in Aurora. It offers a rare opportunity to explore sites of interest, many of which are not normally open to the public.
