| Description | Free weekly drop-in program for pregnant women of any age. Meet other women, share a small meal or snack, take home a bag of food and learn about healthy pregnancy and the early stage of baby's development. Prepare and eat a healthy meal or snack. Learn about infant development and how to care for your baby. Find out how to cook and eat well on a budget. Meet other prenatal women in a relaxed and supportive setting. Talk with caring professionals about nutrition, development and the challenges of being a mom. Older siblings are welcome. | |||
