| Description | Sandgate is a safe and secure 30-bed shelter that provides 24-hour support and assistance to abused women and their children. Sandgate staff offer information, alternatives and options about legal, financial or housing concerns. Sandgate is a feminist-based organization committed to diversity in meeting the needs of women who have survived or are surviving through abuse.
