| Description | CMHA, York Region Branch has several locations across York Region and South Simcoe offer supports and services to aid in the recovery of people experiencing mental illness Programs include: Assertive Community Treatment Teams (southern York Region) Community Education and Training Case Management and Supportive Housing Early Psychosis Intervention Employment Support Program Employer Training Services, including Mental Health Works Family and Caregiver Education Group Seniors Case Management Recovery Program and the Living Room Mental Health and Justice Program (adults and youth) Support for Depression Youth Wellness Psychotherapy (individual and group) Speakers' Bureau | |||
