| Description | A DriveTest Centre is a licensed Ministry of Transportation office which provides all driver examination services such as vision, written and road tests for all licence classes. Book your road test by calling 1-888-570-6110 or, in the Greater Toronto Area, 416-325-8580. Persons with expired licences older than one year must apply for a renewed licence at a Drive Test Centre, and must present one piece of primary identification ie showing valid evidence of the person's legal name, signature, and date of birth. A passport is an example of primary identification. Licence Renewal for drivers 80 Years of Age or older is not handled by the DriveTest Centre. Please call 1 800 396-4233 to attend Senior Driver Group Education Sessions, or go to www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/dandv/driver/senior/index.html. Replacement of a Lost, Stolen or Damaged Driver's Licence can be completed at a local Serive Ontario office. For southern York Region residents, other nearby Drive Test Centres are the Toronto Metro East, and Downsview Drive Test Centres.
